| Talon Construction Company has just
completed the Outback Steakhouse Restaurant project in Seattle at 701
Westlake, in Seattle at Lake Union for Evergreen Restaurant Ventures Inc.
and the Ruby's Diner project in Lynnwood, WA at the Alderwood Mall. The Ruby's Diner project consisted
of tenant improvements to a 5,000 sq. ft. tenant space next to the main
entrance of the food court at the Alderwood Mall. This project was
completed, at the owners request, in 75 days.
The Outback Steakhouse project
consisted of tenant improvements to an 18,000 sq ft building starting with
$250,000 in seismic upgrades to the building for the owner, (Pacific NW
Properties). The project then entailed demolition of approx. 6,000 sq. ft.
of roof structure to add a second floor for the 2 story, 10,000 sq. ft.
Outback Steakhouse Restaurant, and creating two other tenant spaces. One
of the new tenant spaces will be the next project for Evergreen, bringing
the first of a new restaurant theme to the Northwest.
